1 pound kale, stalks removed, leaves torn

1 lemon, juice (1/4 cup)

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1-3 garlic scapes or 1 clove garlic minced or microplaned

sea salt

1 T soy sauce

optional: cranberries, pine nuts, almonds
